John has served as a commissioner on Governor Lingle’s East Hawaii Advisory Commission and has served on the boards of Hospice of Hilo, the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, and other non-profit organizations.
John enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball in the leagues, reading, golfing, and solving the world’s problems with friends over a cold beer and a fine cigar.
Denise Nakanishi

A retired Army Veteran, Denise was a a military intelligence officer and worked tactical assignments with the 9th Infantry Division in Ft Lewis and the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade in Germany.
Denise is known for her “Team Nakanishi” group of buying, selling and contract professionals. Her daughter, Mealoha Kraus is team manager, with Lanessa McClellan, Breeana Minion, and Elizabeth Curfman. In this paper driven business, she couldn’t live without them.
